What we take on

Six things you would otherwise have to handle yourself. Each card shows what it looks like without us.

We find a reliable employer

We check the company before we offer it to you.

We go through it with our own checklist, not by word of mouth. The contract is signed for two years.

On your own

Finding an employer yourself

  • There is nothing to check a company against: all you have is friends’ advice and a quick search.
  • It is easy to believe promises that turn out to be untrue on arrival.
  • Without knowing local rules, it is hard to see what is wrong with an offer.

We agree the terms in advance

Salary, schedule and paperwork — before you travel.

No “we’ll sort it out there” and no floating figures. We have requirements for employers and we check that they are met.

On your own

Negotiating yourself

  • Some terms are never published in job ads.
  • You would have to negotiate salary and schedule yourself, with nothing to lean on.
  • The gap between what was promised and what is real often shows up only on arrival.

We handle the paperwork

We tell you what is needed and check the set.

At every step we explain which documents are needed, in what form and what to sign. We check the set before it goes off.

On your own

Collecting documents yourself

  • It is easy to collect the wrong set, or the right one in the wrong form.
  • Every redo costs weeks.
  • There is no one to ask what exactly you are signing.

We keep track of the timing

We tell you what is happening and what comes next.

We stay in touch with the employer and the authorities. You see the same progress in Job Tracker.

On your own

Tracking the timing yourself

  • You would have to chase the status yourself.
  • You could be the last to hear about a delay.
  • It is unclear whether to keep waiting or to act.

We stay with you until day one

We stay in touch until your first working day.

We check that what was agreed is what happens on the ground. If something differs, we take it up with the employer ourselves.

On your own

Starting work alone

  • After landing you would have to deal with the paperwork on your own.
  • If the terms differ, you are on your own with it.
  • There is no one to ask what the next step is.

We help if it does not work out

We look into it and find another option.

This is help with the problem, not a promise of a transfer.

On your own

Changing jobs yourself

  • You would have to change jobs there on your own.
  • It is unclear where to start and who to turn to.
  • It is easy to decide in a hurry and regret it.

Hiring decisions and visas come from the employer and the competent UAE authorities, not from the agency.

Your route to Dubai

Six clear stages — from the first conversation to your first day at work.

01

We get to know you

We go through your experience, your English and what you want. Then we offer a suitable vacancy.

02

We check your documents

We check your passport and form before the documents go to the employer and the UAE authorities.

03

You receive a job offer

Before you travel you see the employer, the position, the salary and the main terms of the contract.

The terms are known in advance
04

You receive the visa

The electronic entry visa arrives by email. You save it and get ready to fly.

05

You arrive in Dubai

The flight is behind you. Ahead: local paperwork, the Emirates ID and a new city to discover.

06

You start work

You meet the team, get your instructions and begin your first working day.

You are in Dubai.
We stay in touch.

We help you find your feet and sort out questions about the job.

Application

Let’s start with your situation

A few fields are enough for us to see how we can help. After that we talk on WhatsApp or Telegram — no ten-page forms.

  1. 1
    We read your request

Citizenship, city and preferences show which vacancies are realistic for you.

  2. 2
    We write to you first

On WhatsApp or Telegram, to the number you gave. We never write first from unfamiliar accounts.

  3. 3
    We name the next step

What to prepare and how long it takes. No blind promises.

We never ask for prepayment

You can check any employee before money is ever mentioned — check an employee.
