Services
Five services that answer the question “can we trust you”
A personal page with your paperwork stages, document and employee checks, signing papers and a place to report scammers. All free to use.
Your stage
always at hand
This is definitely about you
Name, vacancy and current stage — right at the top, no scrolling.
Only you and your manager can see this
Company document verification
We issued this document
or it is a fake
WID.AGENCY letters, invitations and invoices carry a digital signature and are recorded in the register. Every document has a QR code and a number.
- Point your camera at the QR code — the check opens with the number already filled in.
- Or enter the number and the date of issue by hand: together they cannot be guessed.
- The answer shows who issued the document, when, and whether it is still valid.
Employee verification
You are talking to our employee
or to a stranger
Every employee has a number like WID-0000. Enter it and the register shows whether the person works with us and whether their access is active.
- Ask for the employee number before you send documents or money.
- The list is kept by company administrators: a former employee disappears from it immediately.
- You can also check by the phone number that wrote to you.
Document signing
Sign with your finger
right on your phone
You upload the document, sign with your finger on the screen and place the signature where it belongs. No printing, signing on paper or photographing.
- Add the document you need to sign.
- Sign with your finger — the signature is always the same weight and colour.
- Drag the signature into place and save the document.
Anti-scam bot
Ran into scammers
tell us about it
The Telegram bot accepts chats, documents and screenshots. We look into the case, warn people in our guides and hand over the material if it comes to a police report.
- Send screenshots, links, numbers and the payment details you were given.
- We compare it with known scam patterns and check whether the person claims to be our employee.
- We tell you whether it looks like a scam and what to do next. We never publish other people’s chats.
