1General provisions
This document is a public offer from LLC «WORK IN DUBAI» (company code 43156488) and affiliated legal entities operating under the WID.AGENCY brand (the “Provider”). The offer is addressed to adult individuals (the “Client”) and contains all essential terms of the services agreement.
Acceptance of the offer — full and unconditional agreement with its terms — is payment for the services under an invoice issued by the Provider to the Client. The agreement is concluded from the moment of payment.
The legal entity providing services to a specific Client and its details are stated in the invoice.
2Definitions
- Services — information and consulting services and support in finding employment in the UAE, as described in section 3.
- Employer — a company in the UAE that considers the Client and decides on hiring.
- Manager — the Provider’s employee handling the Client. Employees can be verified on the site’s services page.
- Invoice — a document stating the Services, price, currency, payment details and the Provider’s legal entity.
- Job Tracker — a personal page where the Client sees the stages of the paperwork.
3Subject of the agreement
The Provider undertakes to provide the Services to the Client, and the Client undertakes to pay for them. The Services may include:
- finding vacancies with UAE employers checked by the Provider under its own assessment framework;
- agreeing key terms with the employer — salary, schedule, paperwork — before departure;
- presenting the Client to the employer;
- advice on documents: what is needed, in what form, what to sign; checking the set before sending;
- updates on the paperwork, including through Job Tracker;
- staying in touch with the Client until the agreed start of work;
- help finding another option if the job does not suit the Client — as participation in resolving the situation, without a promise of transfer.
The specific Services and stages are agreed with the manager and stated in the Invoice.
4What is not included or guaranteed
- The Provider is not the employer and does not enter into an employment contract with the Client.
- The hiring decision is made by the employer. The Provider does not guarantee that the Client will be hired.
- Visa and work permit decisions are made by the competent UAE authorities. The Provider does not guarantee their issue and does not represent government authorities.
- Government fees, medical examinations, flights and accommodation are paid as agreed with the employer and are not included in the price of the Services unless expressly stated in the Invoice.
5Price and payment
- The price of the Services, currency, deadlines and payment method are stated in the Invoice.
- Payment is made only to the details in an Invoice sent from the Provider’s official contact.
- Services may be paid in stages — this is stated in the Invoice.
6Rights and obligations of the Provider
The Provider undertakes to
- provide the Services in good faith and within the agreed time;
- keep the Client informed about the paperwork and the next step;
- keep the Client’s data confidential under the Privacy Policy;
- warn the Client about circumstances preventing the provision of the Services.
The Provider may
- request documents and information from the Client needed to provide the Services;
- suspend the Services if the Client has provided false information or has not provided the required documents;
- engage third parties to provide part of the Services while remaining responsible to the Client.
7Rights and obligations of the Client
The Client undertakes to
- provide accurate information and documents within the agreed time;
- pay for the Services as stated in the Invoice;
- stay in touch and reply to the manager’s messages;
- comply with UAE law and the employer’s terms.
The Client may
- receive information about the progress of the Services;
- refuse the Services by paying for the part actually provided;
- send claims and questions to the Provider’s official email.
8Refusal of services and refunds
- The Client may refuse the Services at any time by writing to the manager or to the official email.
- If the Client refuses, payment for Services already actually provided is not refunded; the calculation by stages is stated in the Invoice.
- If the Services were not provided through the Provider’s fault, the Provider refunds the unprovided part.
- An employer’s refusal to hire or a refusal of a visa by the UAE authorities does not in itself mean that the Services were not provided; settlement in such a case is stated in the Invoice.
- Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, within 30 days after the amount is agreed.
9Liability and force majeure
- The parties are liable for non-performance of the agreement under applicable law.
- The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount the Client paid for the Services.
- The Provider is not liable for decisions of the employer or government authorities, or for the consequences of false information provided by the Client.
- The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, military action, decisions of government authorities, border closures and other events the parties could not foresee or prevent.
10Personal data
The Provider processes the Client’s personal data under the Privacy Policy. By paying the Invoice, the Client agrees to their data being shared with the employer and the competent UAE authorities to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
11Term and changes
- The agreement is valid from the moment of payment until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
- The Provider may change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on this page. Services already paid for are governed by the terms in force on the date of payment.
Effective from 14 September 2026, updated 28 September 2026.
12Dispute resolution
The parties resolve disputes through negotiation. Claims are sent to info@wid.agency; the response time is 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved, it is heard in court under the law of the country where the Provider’s legal entity stated in the Invoice is registered.
