1The main rule
We keep personal data only while it is needed for the purpose it was collected for: to review an application, arrange employment, answer questions after you start work and comply with the law.
When the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer identify a person. Anonymised information may remain in general statistics, such as “how many applications arrived this month”.
Periods start from the last contact or from the date the relevant stage was completed.

3Job Tracker
Your Job Tracker page is needed during the paperwork. When support ends, access is closed and the information is kept under the rules for candidate data — 3 years.
4Where data is stored
Applications and candidate data are stored in the WID.AGENCY internal system and with the service providers we work with: hosting servers, the email service, WhatsApp and Telegram, the Job Tracker service. Only employees who need the data for their work can access it.
Candidate data shared with an employer in the UAE is then kept by the employer and the UAE authorities under their rules and UAE law.
5When we keep data longer
A period may be extended only if:
- there is a dispute, claim or legal proceeding — until it is resolved;
- a court or another competent authority has requested the data;
- a longer period is expressly required by law.
In these cases we keep only the data relevant to the matter.
6Deleting earlier
You can ask us to delete your data at any time without waiting for the period to end. See the “Data deletion” document or write to info@wid.agency.
